Chancellor Academy is proud to announce the continued evolution and expansion its C.A.T. Transition Program. The program is designed to provide students, 18-21 years of age, with a relevant and quality transition education. The program emphasizes students being provided with a support system to ensure a smooth transition into a more self-sufficient, autonomous, adult life.

Students will be exposed to a rich curriculum which will incorporate adult living and career readiness objectives. For the remainder of the day, students will follow individualized transition programs, WBL's, etc.
